We offer a wide variety of pancakes, crepes and waffles that are prepared with our own unique, specialty batters. To achieve the ideal taste, texture and freshness, each batter is made from scratch every morning using only the highest quality ingredients.
Our precise attention to detail in preparing mouth watering food is what sets us apart. Our freshly cracked eggs, home prepared potatoes and hand rolled crepes are cooked to order in 93 score, AA grade clarified butter. For the butter novice, this is the highest quality product available and it is all we use at OPH Montgomery. Our whipped cream is second to none and made with pure 36% whipping cream. All of our batters and sauces are made in small batches daily and we use our own unique sourdough starter.
Enjoy a steaming hot cup of our signature Hawaiian Kona Blend coffee that is ground fresh, in house, each and every morning or a glass of ice cold, freshly squeezed orange juice. Did you know that our orange juice is made to order and each large glass contains a minimum of 5 juicy oranges? The purest, most incredible orange juice you will ever taste! Our Dutch Baby is one of our most popular dishes! An air filled pancake delight that is oven baked to golden perfection and served with lemon, whipped butter and powdered sugar to create a mouthwatering blend.
OUTSTANDING OMELETTES
Our unique 4 egg omelettes, including the mushroom omelet topped with homemade rich mushroom sherry sauce, are rolled in a skillet and then oven baked to give you a splendidly light, moist delicacy. GOURMET CREPES
A customer favorite and one dish you simply must try!
Our chef prepared, hand rolled crepes include the Cherry Kijafa Crepe, a blend of tart cherries and sweet Danish cherry wine. Three delicate crepes are filled with Montmorency cherries poached in cherry syrup, tempered with cherry kijafa wine, topped with more cherries and sauce and lightly dusted with powdered sugar.
